For shipping, if your order exceeds $50 there is NO shipping charge. If it is under $50, it is a $10 flat fee.
All local delivery is free. Local delivery is considered to be New Milford, Bridgewater, New Preston, Sherman. Outside of this area? We will still deliver! If under $50, it is a $10 flat fee. If it is over $50 free delivery or shipping.
Deliveries are processed on the same day of order at 5pm! If you need it shipped, it will be most commonly shipped UPS on the next business day with ground shipping. If you wish local delivery, it will be most commonly delivered to your door after 5pm on the same day, or within 24 hours. Let me know any concerns in your comment field for delivery preference…..including, date, time, location to be placed. I will take a picture of its placement and text you that it has arrived.
We DO gift wrap!…..and beautifully done with premium paper, bags and silk ribbon. Your gift will be wrapped with the best presentation in mind. ….and there is NO charge for this service. We consider it our signature…and our privilege to keep happy customers. When checking out, place in the comment field if you wish all or some items gift wrapped. Also tell us what sentiment you want placed on the card. We will use our own at no charge, or pick one for purchase in out paper goods section. ….but always tell us what to write in it!
I stand behind the quality of everything I sell. If your item is damaged, contact me for a replacement or refund. Please provide pictures. If you wish to exchange or return an item for any other reason, please contact me within 10 days of delivery for a credit or refund.
Absolutely! We will partner with varied local businesses through the year to offer convenient pick up. We will offer that selection with our delivery options. Once processed and delivered to the location, you will receive a text that it is ready for pickup. Please observe their business hours. While there, please look at all that business has to offer. This is an opportunity to support all local businesses.
